It was just another after-work happy-hour bar downtown, where business professionals unwound with a few drinks, complained about the boss, maybe hooked up with someone for the night. Until something went terribly wrong. At first it was just a friction in the air. The noise intensified. The crowd seemed oppressive. Some sharp words were exchanged, some pushing and shoving. Then the madness descended. And after 12 minutes of chaos and violence, 80 people lay dead.

Lisa says: "Robb, Dallas & Ericksen - what a Fantastic Combo"
    "Another excellent book by J.D.Robb!"

Where does Delusion In Death rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I've listened to many of the J.D.Robb audiobooks and have liked all of them, so it's rather difficult to place it in a slot - all of these books are excellent. When you hear one, it's hard not to keep getting them!

What other book might you compare Delusion In Death to and why?

Along with J.D.Robb, I listen to Grisham and other mystery-detective-type audiobooks.

Have you listened to any of Susan Ericksen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I've listened to many of Susan Ericksen's performances with the J.D.Robb books, and they are all quite good.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Would have been nice, but not very practical.

    Any additional comments?

I listen to audiobooks when I'm on the road, because they keep me alert, and I'm able to pay attention to the traffic while I'm listening. I don't listen to self-help or learning audiobooks when I travel; just fiction. The J.D.Robb series is excellent for traveling.
