This was my first foray into the world of periodical and I can only hope that they are not all like this. The content of the articles is good but the narrators are SO bad that it is painful to listen for more than a few minutes. monotone, monotone, monotone. An example of how bad it is, the narrator was reading the title of the next article before I realized that he had finished the first one.
Learned something about a President I knew almost nothing about.
Outstanding as always.
What a different country we might live in had President Garfield not been struck down so early in his term.
Very well written and brilliantly read.
This was a very good book. Although it wasn't noticeable until the end, I would recommend that you wait for the unabridged version. To me, the multiple narrator format worked well for this book.
Lastly, what is with the music in audio books? It didn't fit here and it hasn't fit in any book I have listened to.
