I just might be the worlds biggest procrastinator! But after listening to this book on my drives to work I find myself waking up in the morning thinking "what is the biggest frog I have to eat today?" (read the book ans you'll get it, frogs are tasks) It plants that seed in my mind all day and I find myself accomplishing my largest goals and therefore I'm less stressed and I get way more done! its such a simple concept and it works so well.
