    What made the experience of listening to Guided Mindfulness Meditation Series 3 the most enjoyable?

    Jon Kabat-Zinn has written and recorded many programs and I have read and listened to lots of them, in addition to taking his MBSR training. I have been deeply blessed. This new set of meditations is well worth purchasing and using whether you have spent lots of time meditating or you are just starting. Jon's guidance in each meditation is fresh, extremely articulate, and his latest synthesis of what he has discovered through years of teaching and practicing mindfulness and mediation. The series as a whole leads us from one level of awareness to another. Then he guides us into taking our awareness into all of life. Savor this recording many times!

    This book contains ten mediations that you will probably want to return to enjoy many times. But how can I find each meditation? If they were separate tracks for each meditation it would be easy. Here is how I found each meditation:
