Ian Buchanan has always felt the unknown--the deep, impenetrable darkness that lives within him. Yet he is determined to lead a "normal" life, ignoring the unsettling dreams in which he succumbs to his wildest desires.... Until psychic Molly Stratton tracks him down, claiming to share his sensual nightmares.

    Overall

I like paranormal romance (JR Ward, Lora Leigh, Richelle Mead, etc.), but this didn't have enough storyline and I never fully believed the chemistry between the two main characters. Perhaps that is partly because the "instant chemistry" is there in the first 3 minutes of the story, before we even know the characters and care about them, and also because he is being so mean to her. I like a rough male character, but he came off as too much of a jerk to me throughout the entire story so that I felt bad for her continuing to hang around him yearning for his affection/touch. Also, please, please use another word than rasped when male characters speak! There was so many "he rasped" in the dialogue that I started rolling my eyes, wishing for the author to use a thesaurus and pick some other verbs.

Cursed with the extraordinary power to feel other peoples’ emotions, Megan Fields has tucked herself away in a remote corner of New Mexico, working as a small-town sheriff’s deputy. She finds solace in the silence and heat of the desert. But when Breeds begin dying on her watch, Megan realizes that the secrets from her past can’t stay buried forever. Someone is out for blood - her blood. An arrogant Feline Breed, Braden Arness broods with feral intensity.

    "HOT!"
    Overall

Wow, very sexy story! Do not buy this book if you prefer sex scenes to be alluded to or vaguely described, this is explicit. That didn't bother me and I loved it! I only knock off one star for the implausibility of the bad guy, his motivation, and timing. But I understood the main characters, liked them, cared what happened to them, and enjoyed the story. Hope audible gets the rest of the series!
