    • Narrated By Faye Adele
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

Miss Rosalind Weaver is on a mission. She must convince the Duke of Fallon to marry her, or her father will give her away to the next highest bidder, a man she cannot stand. She thinks all the Duke desires is reassurance that she can give him an heir. But she soon learns he wants a more thorough test of how she will fare as his wife - in the bedroom.

What would have made The Devilish Duke better?

This was one of the worst books that I have ever listen to... It was as though it lived to throw in foul or unnecessary language. Don't waste you time or money.

Has The Devilish Duke turned you off from other books in this genre?

How could the performance have been better?

    Content over shaddowed the performance.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

  • Rush Revere and the First Patriots: Time-Travel Adventures with Exceptional Americans

    • UNABRIDGED (5 hrs and 21 mins)
    • By Rush Limbaugh
    • Narrated By Rush Limbaugh

Nationally syndicated radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh has long wanted to make American history come to life for the children of his listeners. In Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims, he created the character of a fearless middle-school history teacher named Rush Revere, who travels back in time and experiences American history as it happens, in adventures with exceptional Americans. In this second book in the series, Rush Revere is transported back to the people and events leading up to the American Revolution.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this for an adult or child. It would be fun to do as a family read, using a chapter at a time and leaving them wanting more. If you match it with the paperback, they can read along. Even better!

What did you like best about this story?

It is a positive look at the First Patriots with a little technology mixed in to make it seem more relevant to kids and even some adults, that live and die by the cell phone and internet.

Have you listened to any of Rush Limbaugh’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I enjoyed the "Pilgrims" book and await a new book in the time travel series.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I chuckled several times. I love the horse and the kids.

    Any additional comments?

Forget any prejudice or preconceived feelings concerning Limbaugh and just enjoy. History come to life is always more engaging for young people, and this does the trick.
