    simply put, it has been two months of trying and I can not get through this book. Dull, tedious and in need of better narration.
    sad because I have listened to every book Bernard Cornwell has available an purchased without thought, or reading review and this time I must say, don't spend the credit.

    A very nice tale, good character development and definately draws you into the story,,,
    but,,,
    the book does not come to any conclusions. I imagine this happens in the next books in the series, which are not available on audible. Therefor, it might be best to wait. I found myself irritated that after listening for so long I must wait even longer to find out what happens.
