I love the entire series! Can't wait for the next brother to find love.
This series is great! I enjoyed it immensely, but listening to this narrator attempt to change her voice for the different characters is painful. Except for the voices of Dank and Pagan the rest are high pitched, screechy, almost unbearable to listen to. The voice of best friend, Miranda, is especially grating on the nerves. It's a cross between Betty Boop and a low budget cartoon voice of a fairy. Attempting to listen seriously makes me want to sit the narrator in a classroom and run my fingernails down the chalkboard for hours upon hours. What was she thinking?
Not only does the narrator do a horrible job, but it also sounds like she was recorded in a bathroom stall or into a tin can
Amanda Ronconi makes the Molly Harper books, but this doesn't sound like her. I don't know if they did some auto-tuning or what but it's just not the same. I still love all of Molly Harper's books, but missed the Ronconi effect on the audio.
The narrator makes this a horrible listen. I like the storyline but the narrator makes it almost painful to listen to. Definitely not worth the credit.
I don't know if it was the writing style or the narrator, but I couldn't connect with the book's characters. She just came off as trashy and disgusting. I'm sorry I wasted money on this.
The narrator is horrible. It's as if this is her first time reading.....anything. The word "opined" must have been on the authors Word Of The Day calendar because it's used so often in the story that a drinking game could be played while listening. I actually liked the idea behind the story. A better writer and narrator could have made this story worth listening to.
The voice used for the main male romantic lead ruins the entire story. I was unable to find the character likable because the narrator made him sound lie a sleazy used car salesman.
Listening to this audio book was painful. The narrator was not good and ruined the story for me. His voice just isn't cut out for the whole romance thing. Maybe non-fiction or something equally dry and unemotional.
This was painful to listen to. The narrator is stilted, unemotional, and utterly ruins this book.
The over-the-top attempt to do male voices is comedic. Not so good for an erotic story. The narrator sounds like a little girl impersonating Santa Claus.
