Definitely. It's very extremist but has great information and insights and is a wonderful wake-up call to urge everyone to consume less wheat overall.
Yes I stayed up extra late listening to it.
I was glad it was narrated by a male since the author is male. Liked the content so much I ended up buying it on Kindle.
Yes. There's a ton of good, insightful information in there. I listened to it in on 1.5 to 2x about a month or more ago, so I could definitely benefit from another listen through in a few months or so if not sooner.
This audiobook really opened up my eyes to the many different motives behind all the food information and mis-information out there. I really appreciated the added perspective and am so glad I got to listen to it.
Positive spinning images
Loved the content. Some things seemed a little odd at first but as I tried them and saw them working, the author gained credibility and I felt quite helped by all he had to say. Glad it's on audible and enjoyed the narrator. He sounded and read the book as I imagined the author would do so.
Definitely the narrator's voice drove me nuts (couldn't stand her accent) but the content of the audiobook was so good from the very beginning that I made it all the way through and was very glad I did.
Preferably the author...or anyone who doesn't have a harsh southern accent (or whatever kind Sandra does...not good at identifying what kind)
All of it! It was wonderful
So grateful this book is available on Audible
