"Something here really stinks to high heaven," writes Erich von Däniken. "In Twilight of the Gods," says von Däniken, "I document precisely what it was that left the first visitors breathless as they stood before the mighty stone blocks some 400 years ago. I will show you what archeologists discovered hundreds of years ago and demonstrate how much has been destroyed over the centuries. Intentionally.

What did you love best about Twilight of the Gods?

I found the archaeological evidence used to support the hypothesis interesting and, some of it was quite new to me.

Have you listened to any of Kirby Heyborne’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This was my first experience with Kirby Heybornes work.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Yes.

In Lisa Gardner’s first-ever short story following thirteen bestselling novels, The 7th Month takes listeners between the books and into a day in the life of Boston Detective D. D. Warren. In her seventh month of pregnancy, D.D. should be taking it easy. Instead, she accepts a small consulting role on the set of a serial killer film shooting in Boston.

Kristi says: "A great short detective mystery!"
    "A throughly enjoyable short story"

Would you listen to The 7th Month again? Why?

Yes. When I listened the first time I was interrupted part way through and had to hear it in segments. I think I would truly enjoy it best in one setting.

What did you like best about this story?

The image of this fiercely independent female detective. She reminds me of some of my own daughters.
