I love the magical action and intrigue. I love the main charters for their passion and strength. I love the story of an evil wicked Queen who was the mother of the Heroine and that heroine grows and develops into someone I can be proud of. I love the power of friendship in this series.

Yes, I have tried other book from Ms. Galenorn and I often love her style and interests. The way she weaves magic into a wonderful story. Friendships, family, love and commitment all there to learn from and model.

Chatter (sp?) and Cailin (sp?) and the ones I wish to have more from in this series. These two men are interesting to me. They seem to be better men, better support to the people they love.

No, I like to let her books settle in over a little time. Also the whimpering, heaving, begging, disparate sexuality of the main character in this book was a little much to take sometimes. I know and welcome the female sexuality in this genre, but as a gay man it's gets to be a little thick in some parts. Stopping for a kiss/hug is one thing, talking about full one sex in almost every change of action is another. It slowed down my imagination of the story. I started to fast forward through those parts after awhile.

Yasmine Galenorn has not only shown me the wonder on the genre but lead me to others who I now enjoy along side of her books and that means any anthology or group work she does I'm sure to find something thing new in the mix.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good magic story. I liked to connected points of the stories and it helped fill in a part of the Otherworld series about Ms Koosi. If you read Yasmine Galernom there is a story for you. If you read a story of magic and strong chicks you'll find a lot here.
