After listening to this recording in it's entirety I would suggest putting in some jokes, you know ...funny material. You may ask ...were people laughing? Well yes but laughing at something that is disgusting or just weird does not constitute comedy. Ranting about your neurotic life is not the same as telling well crated jokes.I suppose well meaning crackheads may find this stuff amusing but then they are still crackheads, okay? There was one comedian who talked about shark attacks I appreciated but there was no identification of his name so I could give him credit. I give this audio recording two stars because of him.The reality is writing and performing comedy takes effort and creative input. Ranting about your life should be reserved for a therapist or a group of people who aren't even listening to what you say. So keep "Death" in the title and take out the word "Comedy". Thank you and good night!

Professor Drout takes the listener from the basics of the linguistic process in logical steps to illustrate the the dynamics of the English language and its applications. What I found especially useful was the illustrations referenced throughout the book. I now can listen or read Dr. Martin Luther King's "I have Dream" speech or the letter from the Birmingham Jail with new appreciation why these are great and how King was able to have success in the civil right movement through his speeches and writings. In a very insightful and humorous way Dr. Drout is able logically build on his points that make this a memorable book. Well worth the the invsetment.

What really impressed me with this book is the simplicity and practical application of these laws in any area of life. These laws when practiced have the power to bring about transformation on a global level because true change will come when our choices come from a space of nothing. I have listened to this book three times and each time something new has opened up for me that has got me JAZZED about new possibilities for my business and life that I never saw before. WOW! LISTEN or read, APPLY and share the these laws and your world will change in ways that will inspire and transform the world around you!!!

I found this to be a book that one doesn't just listen to but reflect upon and digest. What makes this a fun book to listen to instead of read is because the different people who the author eludes to about the "secret" have their voices included. I found it interesting that in reading the reviews of the book, "The Secret", was rated between one star or five stars with very few 2,3 or 4 stars. WHY? Maybe because the point of the book is so simple yet so profound, like common sense isn't so common! Get this book, listen to the points without judgement or even acceptance. Apply the laws of attraction and your life will change accordingly.
