So many of the short fables can be in anyones place of business and relate to so many real life situations, that leaders must deal with on a daily bases. To lead is to be a good follower, listener, and give good guideance and direction when needed.

HIs articulation of the english language and memory of his youth and the stepping stones to manhood were amazing. His business since and determination to only except excellent roles to his childhood charater and behaviors made him what he is today exceptional, professional, and great.

Steve Covey's Leadership books are similar. Both try to engage the audicence to perform to their max potential
