This a very unusual program. It's not like a "Self Help Book", and at first it seems like just a strange guided meditation with great sound effects. Mr. Harrold's voice and the text may initially seem a little odd, especially if you're concerned that you'll be hypnotized into thinking you are a carefree person in a magically happy world. But once you get past this, you'll see the program is simply designed to slowly and gently bring your racing mind to a calmer place.
I relax much more quickly with Mr. Harrold's programs than with any other guided meditations. I'm not sure if it's the sound engineering or content, but somehow I'll nod off and wake up refreshed far more quickly and consistently with these programs than with other's of this type. I can see why this is a best selling program in the United Kingdom. If you're a person who's mind is constantly racing even when you're supposed to be relaxing - this may be a good program for you to try.
