I would never, ever read/listen to another book from Made for Success. The very first narrator had interesting/practical ideas and did a great job. The second one was okay. But that's it. The rest of them have been ridiculous, even sounding as though they were recorded in a warehouse-I could hear Jennifer Sparks' mobile phone beeping during her recording.
the football guy-awful. Rachel whatever-her-name-is. I don't want an organization lesson. Jennifer whatever. This book on occasion had a Christian bent...if that's going to be the focus, that needs to be apparent.
NOT clear what was ahead in the description of this book. vEry glad I didn't pay full price for it.
Absolutely. This book, while having no desire or need to do so, has become my favorite go-to in the world of the working mommy. Tina is self-deprecating in the most comical way, and teaches us more in this novel than all the self-help books out there could ever hope to do. Kudos, Tina Fey. I hope I can bring up my daughter to have as much moxie, self-confidence, and self-awareness as you have and had.
Tina's performance was as stunning in audio form as in person. She's awesome.
Yes. It was inspirational. I laughed so much I cried.
Male or female, you MUST read and/or listen to this book. It will make your perspective on everything better.
