It's 2050, and humans are an endangered species. Lieutenant Robert Sutton has survived the collapse of civilization by luck, his wits, and a chance mutation that makes him immune to the nanovirus that has wiped out millions. Now, his compound of survivors is surrounded by the infected, who are driven by the need to spread the contagion through sex. It is only a matter of time before they attack. So when Sutton is assigned to interrogate a prisoner who claims to have overcome the infection, he immediately suspects a trap.

This book wasn???t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Bitter Harvest was a good storyline but the writing left a lot to be desired.

What do you think your next listen will be?

    Ava March: Brook Street Thief.

Did Shannon Gunn do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

The Narrator did an ok job on the characters but at first I thought it was Australian not English.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Bitter Harvest?

I would rewrite the two main characters to be more likeable.

    Any additional comments?

I had to review this book for Night Owl Romance Reviews. I didn't give it a good review there either.

    Yes very much so.

    J. Charles does a good job with the narration.

Could you see Watchers being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

Watchers was made into a movie back in the eighties done badly. Done now it would be better. Who? Well Josh Duhamel would make a good Travis, and Nora should be played by Juliette Lewis.

I've always enjoyed sci fi/horror books.
