I always enjoy her books - it's my "light" reading. I, like many, remained conflicted over which boyfriend is better (although it should be obvious), and it never ceases to amaze how many fixes she can get into and out of. Just fun!
Comparable to jack Ryan in the Clancy books. Exciting, fun! You might fall in love with thus series like I did!
Did you like Jack Ryan in Tom Clancy's books? Then you will love Brad Thor's Scott Horvath. Very fast-paced and exciting!
This book should remove any doubts you might still have. Read it! It's like hearing "the rest of the story"
Not meant to be listened to in one sitting.
This is a college course. You will be entering a classroom. I loved it! Learning should never stop because we grow up.
A modern musicians point if view of the depth and joy of Beethoven's music. I needed to listen to something that would stimulate my creative side, this helped.
If you ever had any doubts, listen to how many inconsistencies, misquotes, and out right lies are exposed here. I thought I had heard it all, but I wasn't even close - don't miss listening to this book. It is important that we see how our views have been manipulated over the years. It is scary to know how many people have lost their lives over the secrets of the JFK assassination conspiracy too.
For listening purposes it was not fun to hear website references frequently mentioned - but many times I did look at the backup and the visual information was valuable in seeing first-hand what was being explained. But be prepared, it is easy to spend additional hours listening to auxiliary interviews and watching compelling videos.
Who's bright idea was it to put background music behind the narrator. Made it very hard to hear and was distracting. I use the Audible App for my iPhone, but for some reason if the phone went to sleep the audio turned off (not so of any other book I've heard this way).
The content was nothing earth shattering, all things I have heard before.
If you like history, this takes tons of little tidbits from a myriad of sources about Lincoln's last days, and puts them together like a story. Very compelling.
Absolutely! One of the most eye-opening books I have ever heard. I listened to it twice in three days and will do it again!!
It reads like fiction, but when you see how it pertains to today ... you will flip out! Amazing insights, amazing story.
I recommend that my friends listen to this book rather than read it because the author reading it obviously tends to put the emphasis on all the important places.
Too many to list. But did you know what the very first official act that our first president and congress did? It's in this book.
Do not put off reading this - it is important and too good to miss.
