You really won't be disappointed with this audiobook. This audiobook is most interesting. I especially enjoyed this vampire tale because It was like listening to a vampire tv soap story as it focused on and was built on the concept of a vampire family life. The tale was an awesome and intense display of the vampire world. The narrator was quite good. I loved this story and finished it in just two days time. I so, look forward to the rest of this series on audiobook. Rhiannon Frater is an author whose books I intend to continue listening to.

I love it when a series can maintain its momentum and keep me drawn in with each audiobook listen. And that's definitely happening big time in this series. Book 2 of pretty when she dies: pretty when she kills is a solid truly engaging listen. Such a nice unique spin on vampiric abilities and story line, makes for creative twists and an awesome vampiric soap opera. The narrator continues to impress. Please bring the rest of this series books to audiobook version. I m so excited and look forward to this. And make this series appear on screen too!

Put ALL of your conceptions, partialities, prejudices and bias on the side for a time. Theresa Caputo really does an exceptional job of courageously sharing what it's like for her being a medium as well as explaining the afterlife, the spirit world, energy - both positive and negative, answers to stuff uncertain, advice, comfort and just altogether, I believe to be good and real information. Overall, this audio book was most interesting and intriguing. I will reference this audio book again and again. I, for one, do believe her.

John Taylor is a paranormal supernatural investigator with powers of his own. He's good at what he does but he has one hang up... He wants to find out who and what his mother is. In the mean time he's snarky and witty and he gets the job done. He is from the nightside where the paranormal and the supernatural live and play deadly.

    Story

This story was tough to follow. I had to start the story over twice. It wasn't till towards the end, that the story picked up and by then, truly, not by much. I kept with it though because I really like the narrator, I have the complete series and I really want to know who John Taylor's mother is and the full extent of their powers, abilities and purpose(s). Besides, that place called nightside is like a garden variety of paranormal soup filled with all types supernatural paranormal stuff.
