In the age of Google, your customers are searching. Will they find you? In today’s searching world, customers turn to online search engines first. Yet many companies simply don’t realize acquiring customers from search engines should be a core business strategy. Instead, they usually focus on narrow goals, such as boosting page rankings. These oversights leave a huge channel for engaging with potential customers largely untapped.

Don’t hesitate. This is probably one of the best books ever written about Iraq. I came across it as I was looking to read about the Iraq war, and decided to give it a chance. I was very lucky.
The book follows the lives of four women in Iraq during the war and after it. Two of them are Iraqi and the other two are American. Throughout their life stories the reader is exposed to a lot of information about the war and the period following it – full of facts and emotions.
This book presents many points of view on the topic – secular versus religious point of view, pro-Bush administration and contra Bush administration, Sunni and Shia, and more. By doing so the book achieves a more complete point of view on the subject, rarely achieved before.
I found the first 2 to 3 chapters a little harder to connect with, but after that the book completely absorbed me and I couldn’t stop listening.
A highly recommended read/listen for any man or woman. Both me and my boyfriend enjoyed it very much.

In this irreverent and illuminating audiobook, acclaimed writer and scientist Leonard Mlodinow shows us how randomness, chance, and probability reveal a tremendous amount about our daily lives, and how we misunderstand the significance of everything from a casual conversation to a major financial setback. As a result, successes and failures in life are often attributed to clear and obvious causes, when in actuality they are more profoundly influenced by chance.

This book does take some time to get in to. You may be tempted to stop listening after the first 20 mins or so, but trust me, hang on, since it gets better and better.

I was delighted with the book. I feel like I have learnt a lot, even about some concepts that I have already encountered before. And it was an enjoyable learning experience!

If you are taking a course in statistics, this book is a must for you, since it will shed some light and interest onto the course material and will help you get a clearer and fuller picture.

It can also leave you with a lot of hope- a lot of the the phenomenons in this world are random- thus almost anything is possible...

For over three decades, the great inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil has been one of the most respected and provocative advocates of the role of technology in our future. In his classic The Age of Spiritual Machines, he argued that computers would soon rival the full range of human intelligence at its best. Now he examines the next step in this inexorable evolutionary process: the union of human and machine.

This book is amazing, yet intense. It has some parts that can be very "scientific" to the humble reader.

It is ok to let your mind wander while the narrator goes into formulas and other math that you may find difficult. Don't let it ruin your pleasure since this book encompasses some mind opening concepts that you wouldn't find anywhere else.
