I love this book and have listen to it several times. I will continue listening to Silence of the Lambs
The scenes with Hanable and Clares
The author wrote very derogatory statements about the Pope and the Catholic Church within the first couple of chapters. These statements are not necessary for the story plot.
If the author said such derogatory statements about Muslim / Islamic faith or the
Quran the outcry would result in the book taken off the market.
This is my first experience listening to a J. D Robb book. I bought two more of her books as they were on sell. I hope her other books are better. Sexual remarks are not necessary as they add nothing to the story and are used just to add length to the story. I suggest J. D. Robb read and learn from Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston.
This book has turned me off J. D. Robb.
I'm not sure if it Susan Ericksen's performance as much as it is a poor quality story.
This is a classic book. Frank Muller (narrator) performance elevates this book to a five star.
The characters in the story
He is a great reader.
A film could not do justice to this book
This is pure C. S. Lewis.
Read of listen to the book. A film would not do justice to this great story
This book did not hold my attention nor did I finish listening to this audio book.
I'm not sure.
I was disappointed
I never knew what was going to happen
Very, very good performance.
No special moment
I loved this book and its two sequels
At the top.
I've listened to this book twice and will listen to it again in the future.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, this audiobook is an 8. I've listen to this book twice.
No, this is the first time I've listened to Simon Vance.
Audio books and books are always better than a film of the same.
