Why do people find it so hard to change? The secret is that everyone has their own formula for making changes that stick, but most people don't know what theirs is. They think there is one way to lose five pounds, and another way to stay on top of their e-mail, but they don't realize that for all changes, there is one system that works best for each individual.

Change is hard," we say, and it is even harder when change is thrust upon us. In today's tough times, we may be forced to reinvent our career or downsize our lives; at any point in life, we may lose a love or a dream. I enjoyed this book! I love the author's narration. This book is practical and inspiring. It got me "off the ledge" and made me take action. I have quoted this book to my clients more often them I can say. It is motivational and substantive.

I liked the material, I wish it was broken down better. I learned a lot about myself and I understand the man I am dating so much better. I am avoiding pitfalls and bad habits. It is very encouraging and intelligent. I am glad I took the time to listen to it and have played it often.
