I would just to recap on some key strategies
Made no opologies for puting your own outcomes above others
Far too long was spent ( a whole chapter I think) on telling you what he was going to tell you and how important what he was going to impart was. I realise that this is part of the training model of Tell em what you are going to em, tell em, and then tell em what you told them. But I found it a annoying
