This is a beautiful book. Many times I had to rewind the story back to listen again to the beautiful language and metaphors of this book. Sometimes I had to stop and think.
The only drawback of the book is that it is so good that many other books I listened to or read around the same time just feel "lame."
I could not get through this book. I tried a few times to listen to it but the story was just too boring for me.
I guess I might be spoiled by being used to plot twists - the end of the book was predictable for me. The book was very slow and if I read the printed version I would have been skipping paragraphs.
I really liked "Storm Front," the first in the Dresden Files series. I was disappointed with the Fool Moon. The story just could not catch my attention.
A friend recommended this book. I expected some story about a girl who changed her life in a good way based on reading a book. The story was just too ridiculous to me. I guess some parts were supposed to be funny but were not for me. I did not like the main character or any other character in the book. The book was not my cup of tea.
