In a pulls-no-punches essay intended to provoke rational discussion, Stephen King sets down his thoughts about gun violence in America. Anger and grief in the wake of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School are palpable in this urgent piece of writing, but no less remarkable are King's keen thoughtfulness and composure as he explores the contours of the gun-control issue and constructs his argument for what can and should be done.

    What disappointed you about Guns?

another bias opinion. I would have expected it to be a researched unbiased source of information. Authors and newscast seem to have forgotten that given unbiased facts on both sides of the fence; people are intelligent enough to make intelligent, reasonable decisions on their own.

I believe both side have valid claims and both sides have valid fears, but there is definitely room for compromise.

Has Guns turned you off from other books in this genre?

on all books from this author.

How could the performance have been better?

It was well written but sadly it turned out to be just his poorly informed biased opinion

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

nope. at the beginning you seem to hear Fox news commentaries and at the end turned out to be nothing more than another MSNBC commentary. It will be nice to stop the current affair of extremist opinions one way or another.

    Any additional comments?

yep. remove it from your list.
