Tired of all this dirty campaigning? Before running for the presidency or becoming VP, Al Gore led a very clean campaign, for the environment, that is. Listen to Gore in his own voice as he argues that only a radical rethinking of our relationship with nature can save the Earth's ecology for future generations.

I agree with what he's trying to say, but I thought the argument was weaker than other books I've read and the performance was very poor

  • State of Fear

Once again Michael Crichton gives us his trademark combination of page-turning suspense, cutting-edge technology, and extraordinary research. State of Fear is a superb blend of edge-of-your-seat suspense and thought provoking commentary on how information is manipulated in the modern world.

    "tedious"
    Overall

This novel/audiobook can be summed up in five words:
    tedious tedious tedious tedious tedious.

I listened to about 4 minutes, and couldn't go on. Ultra-sexy Vietnamese-French women, all ditzy and hot for science geeks...groan
