A well written and interesting story! I had a hard time listening to the narrator who had the same tone, inflection, and cadence. Biting and difficult to listen to, luckily the story was interesting and enjoyable.

Scarlett and Zach are a part of a set of friends from college and the final two unmarried. At the wedding of one of those friends Scarlet is depressed she isn’t married and Zach is happily single. He suggests they hook up ( in truth something he has always wanted) and she agrees.
They hook up, decide it isn’t serious still friends, until they both are more emotionally involved than they even imagined and life and distance, failure to talk pulls the, apart.
A little different set of circumstances make this an easy, not a long, listen. Enjoyable..at times you’d like to tell each one to just be honest with each other! But HEA makes then ending sweet and worth the wait..nothing very goes too smoothly.
The narration was well done and added to the enjoyment of the story. First time listen for me and this narrator..pacing, emotion and flow was perfect.
Worth listen!

Jake will lose his souk to the devil if he doesn’t do what he says. This varies and he never knows what type of lesson he will learn. The night he burglarizes a home to find a woman committing suicide, is this the worst?
Then he is told to have an affair with a married woman and they are to both fall in love.
This certainly a story of morality...to feel, to care, to win, to lose
The narrator has a deep voice and fits exactly what I expect Jake and the devil to sound like...great job.
A story to cause you to examine.....life, love, good and bad

Hannah has been going to an elite high school on a scholarship but as school comes to an end she wants to experience more like being a part of the Golden group. She decides to blackmail Cody, an ex Golden who is rumored to have gotten his girlfriend pregnant and then while driving drunk caused her death.
Soon we find out Cody is a tortured soul, the Golden’s aren’t so Golden and the ideal experience Hannah thought she wanted isn’t true.
A YA story with lots of twists, evolving feelings, secrets and the cruelty of teenagers and also the redeeming of those hurt by cruelty.
Narration well done...I received a copy for a voluntary and honest review.

Evan dee has been used and tortured by the counsel, king and queen, for years. Tortured by a demo ex he is sent to kill the king of the halfling dragons to free himself. He unexpectedly comes across his mate, Callie, and now is caught on what to do.
Callie believes in magic and unlike the previous three mates readily believes the possibility of magic and dragons.
A twist in who Evander is and what happens to he and his mate marks the ongoing course of this serial. One doesn’t have to read all, as they can stand alone, but why do it? The stories are fun and romantic in finding their mates, all a match perfect for themselves.
The narrator speaks as one would expect of these dragons and keeps the story flowing.
I anticipate each new story..waiting to see where this will go.

Brock loved Marcia from high school to college and asked her to marry him ..he came from an abusive home with fears he would also be abusive.
Marcia had trouble believing that Brock loved her enough to fight for her when he was drafted in the minors and she told him to go, then blamed him for it.
Five years later Brock still loves Marcia but Marcia puts up a wall and as Brock tries to win her back, Marcia works back and forth hot and cold. The question is when and how will they be truly honest with each other and have trust in themselves and each other.
I enjoyed the book, but I felt the back and forth lasted too long and I kept going back and forth whether I liked and felt compassion for both Brock and Marcia or tired of the negative talk and how mean they could be to each other. It would be 5 stars with a lessening of the back and forth between the couple.
The narrators did an excellent job.

Great narrators bring Tori and Bryant to life. Both with a parent they overcome to be successful and good people. A hard exterior for Tori and charm by Bryant, the office wolf.

Both Tori and Bryant are not want they seem at first, but as the get to know and understand each other the attraction they’ve had is explored.
There is BDSM not drawn out as some books which makes it steamier. Sometimes the going on and on has the story bog down This book has it in the right amount.
I do like it when a couple meet and both parties fail to be interested elsewhere...their focus is each other.

Meghan, like so many romance novels, finds her boyfriend in bed with another. But this isn’t like so many other such stories, this is better and different. She takes the vacation she’d planned with him and rents an incredible place in Miami. Little does she know that the owner Demetri is there avoiding his Family. He is rich, entitled and funny and sweet. He may sleep around and drink, but it doesn’t make him a bad guy. Once he meets Meghan something blossoms in him.
This is a new twist...the inner dialogue that Demetri has is so funny and sweet.
The narrators were perfect..the accent for Demetri was so unique...
Worth a credit and the time Pure entertainment.

Audra is looking for adventure in the sleepy western town where she sees with her aunt.
McKenna Smith gets off a stagecoach with photography equipment..taking pictures of outlaws dead and alive..working for Texas Rangers..looking for revenge.
Mczkenna and Audra meet and he feels he must know her...kidnapping, murder, evil all combine to make this a moving, interesting romantic western.
Not a long book but it overs all it needs to keep you involved and wondering what will happen.
The narrator was great, she had a twang to her voice and great male and female voices. Pace perfect. One problem with audio was the end of Chapter 10 was cut off,,,I hated missing anything...if it was meant to end as it did it was abrupt and there was an odd sound at the end.
Would love more books just like this one! Worth a listen or read!

I‘d known of Thomas Paine and Common Sense but had never read it. Written in 1775 for the general population of the US prior to the declaration of independence, it reflects the thoughts and constraints of a monarchy. The thoughts of royalty being kept in the family..certainly history shows some of the affects of inbreeding...anyway it was interesting to hear so many of the reasons and support for independence.
Some a little tedious as in the money for a navy, however very interesting to listen to..but I think you probably would be a history buff to get full enjoyment.
The narrator has ani every voice and ok, just a bit monotonous...also in the middle of the download there was fluctuation in the volume of the audio.

She quiet unassuming yet independent as she didn’t have a father figure and her mother worked all the time and had little time for her.
Going to her friends job at a bar she is drawn into helping out. She seats three brothers and a sister...the oldest brother seems distant it is interested in her, Asad.
To her surprise she contacted. by Asad and is drawn into his pretend fiancée for the sake of his business.
The two of them run hot and cold and soon both have discovered something they hadn’t expected.
Sweet, a bit of tension, hot and steamy and a story and characters, including secondary characters, that draw you in. loved the story.
This is a new narrator for me and she was absolutely fantastic! loved the job she did
