Reyes is a man possessed. Bound by the demon of pain, he is forbidden to know pleasure. Yet he craves a mortal woman, Danika Ford, more than breath and will do anything to claim her - even defy the gods.

What did you love best about The Darkest Pleasure?

The best part is how lovable Reyes is. Even though he is the demon of pain, he has learn to control the demon enough to only hurt himself. He always thinks of what his action will do to someone else.

What did you like best about this story?

The best part of the story is how Reyes takes care of Danika. He makes sure she has everything she needs and tries to protect her from his demon's violence nature.

He doesn't want Danika's nature to change because of who he is and he tries to avoid having sex with her because he doesn't want Danika to have to hurt him to bring him pleasure, but surprisingly she doesn't have to.

Which character – as performed by Max Bellmore – was your favorite?

Reyes is my favorite in this story. Although his task is great, he does whatever it takes to do the right thing.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The most moving moment is when Reyes losses Danika and he is besides himself, but he is still compassionate toward others, especially Danika's Mom, Grandma and sisters.

    Any additional comments?

I love the idea of beings that are possessed by emotions and behaviors that we all have and how the characters deal with them.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, this story is more in line with Cole's earlier stories in this series. The characters are full of wit and coolness and learn to overcome their differences.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Macrieve?

When Chloe over comes her kidnapping and finding out she is part of the lore and makes the most of it.

Which character – as performed by Robert Petkoff – was your favorite?

Chloe is my favorite because she is smart, witty and overcomes her challenges.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Chloe tries to help Uilleam with his past, even though he is being very difficult.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, Yes, Yes. It was a wonderful story about a woman who had to deal with love in a very difficult situation.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Louisa Clark because of how she had to learn and experience her six month with Will Treynor and in the end finding herself.

If you could rename Me Before You, what would you call it?

Show me why life is worth it.

    Any additional comments?

I thought from the title that it would be a superficial story, but in turn out to be a fully developed and enriching story about a person who doesn't want to live and another who tries to show the person why it is.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend the book, but not the audiobook. The narrator does justice to the male characters, but distorts the female voices so much that it doesn't sound like a female. The narrator also makes it hard to understand what the characters are saying.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Walk in Beauty?

It is at the very beginning of the story when Luke discovers he's a father.

What didn’t you like about Shandon Loring’s performance?

His female voice were awful and it was sometime hard to understand what he was saying.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No I didn't have a strong reaction to the audiobook. It is a nice story, but I liked the printed version better.

Would you listen to Thomas's Choice again? Why?

Yes, I love this whole series. I love how all the characters are inclusive and no one is left out.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Thomas's Choice?

The Garage scene is the most memorable, because even though Eddie denies his feeling for Thomas, his actions say otherwise.

    Which scene was your favorite?

When Yvette gets a baby to raise, and they have the baby shower for her.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Yes, I like how the story flowed between the characters. They match even though Lucia try to fight it. I like how Garreth cared about Lucia and always watched her back.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Garreth, I found him heroic, kind, passionate and caring character. He was always there for his love interest and try to see her point of view.

    Which scene was your favorite?

At the end, when Lucia goes to Garreth and brings him back from his hallucinations, and she succeeds.

Would you consider the audio edition of Up from the Grave to be better than the print version?

What other book might you compare Up from the Grave to and why?

Any of the stories in this series, the sound, pattern and humor is unique and can't be duplicated by another author. I would have loved to have a little more at the end.

Which character – as performed by Tavia Gilbert – was your favorite?

All the characters that Tavia Gilbert performed were my favorite. They were all so much fun and intriguing to experience. You could never tell that one person did all of the voices.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No strong reaction, just a sad sigh that another wonderful series came to an end.

Would you consider the audio edition of Dark Wolf to be better than the print version?

I don't know, I only listened to the audio version. The first half was really exciting and dangerous, especially when all the bad ass Carpathians went to Skylar's aid. The plot almost reminded me of how the United States Congress is treating certain people in our country.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked it when all the Carpathians went to rescue Joseph, Paul and Skylar and that they stood by Dimitri when the Lycans wanted to kill him.

What about Phil Gigante and Natalie Ross ’s performance did you like?

It's always nice to hear a man do the male part and a woman does the women part.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, there was to much going on to want to listen to in one sitting.

    Any additional comments?

I like this story, but I wanted more talking and getting to know one another after waiting so long for them to get together.

Have you listened to any of Eric G. Dove’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, but he did a great job with the voices and was easy to listen too.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

What made the experience of listening to Whispering Rock the most enjoyable?

That Mike and Brie find each other. They both help each other through hard lessons and become each others backbone until they can get back on their feet again.

What other book might you compare Whispering Rock to and why?

The only other story that made me as uncomfortable as this story was "Lover Awakened," by J.R. Ward. The experience of Zadist with the mistress is one of the hardest scene I have ever read. Really, really disturbing.

Have you listened to any of Therese Plummer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, Plummer's performance makes Virgin River series, feel real and a place you would want to visit.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Brie's ex-husband wants her back after leaving her for another woman, and she tells him to leave.

    Great series.
