"Feels like home"
Definitely, I have read ever book in this series, and the story seems to lead back to the original storyline. If you are a big fan of the Dark Series, this will remind you of Falcon and Sara's story, Traian and Joie or Dayan and Coriane. Where the lifemate recognize each other right away and they come together to defeat the vampire, and at the same time are very comfortable with each other and truely love each other. No violence to win them. One of my favorite in the series.
The dragon was my favorite. Even as he was dying and giving a piece of himself to Dex he never gave up is spirit.
Very good performance. I like that Feehan's uses both a female and male voice.
It didn't make me laugh or cry, but it did make me feel that the storyline was going back to the original storyline.
I was glad to see that Jasmine and Jubal were getting close. I also like all the interaction with the other characters.
"Gregory finds peace"
The best part is to hear the characters I like have a voice. It also gives me the feeling of how the story is suppose to be.
Dark Challenge is similar to this story. Both women are strong and have to stand up to men that most fear. However the men are very much in love with their lifemates and learn to live with their strong women.
Very good narrator. I liked it when Feehan used only one person to do a number of books, it kept the story more cohesive.
When Sarantha drew a bath for Gregory and gave him the TLC he needed. It was a beautiful part of the story.
This is a very good series, and the matches are very enticing and the love the lifemates have for one another is very respectful.
"The pink car and the hummer"
The love, support and the feeling of how the McKettricks care for one another, even when they are mad at each other they are always there for one another.
Echo was the most enjoyable part of the story. She was very much alive and brought sunshine everywhere she went.
When Echo and Rance first meet, and she puts him in his place after saying something about her pink car.
Echo, again because she was a light in the darkness and she brought happiness to everyone she meets. She is always helping others out.
The McKettrick series is very comforting and a wonderful place to visit.
"Very interesting job choice"
Surprises all around.
I like that the protagonist takes care of the dead and describes that a funeral is for the ones left behind and not the one who dies. I
I also like that the protagonist mistake help her find the love she needed.
Narrator was very good at creating a feeling about the characters.
Strangers no more.
I love Megan Hart's story. They are very erotic, but the stories are excellent. Characterizations are very unexpected, they never have ordinary lives, but love is very much a part of the stories.
"We knew he would be back, and he is back for Payne"
In the middle, the story was good, but it was a little predictable.
It is ok. I liked the introduction to new characters.
The narrations actually speed up the story.
Payne finds love and freedom from what is expected.
"A lot going on"
The narrator really makes this story. For some reason this story wasn't quite as interesting as some of the other books. Without the narrator I would have never tried another on of J.R.Ward books.
Corrines transformation. She always want to be an individual and she gets her chance and helps others also get there's. The least interesting was Phury's addiction. I'm glad he gets a hold of it.
Yes, I have heard Frangione narration, and he makes the series, because his voice brings dimension to the story.
The moment that I thought was important was when Quinn was made John Matthews protector and his life was spared after supposedly killing Lash.
The Best Vampire series.
"Second chance for love"
No, but it does bring the characters of the story to life. You get to understand how they are feeling about each other and the challenges they are facing.
I like the trail ride where all the relatives get to know each other and Molly gets to ride her first horse.
When Molly patches up Keegan after he has a fight with his cousins, and tells him to grow up. It seems at this point the characters start to fall in love
The moment that moved me is when Psyche makes believe she change her mind about letting Molly adopt Lucas. She kinda forces Molly and Keegan to marry.
This was a nice conclusion to the series, but I always want more McKettrick.
"Family and some Paranormal"
I love that Sierra share here space with another time and some of her ancestors.
The most memorable is the moving tea kettle.
The narrator gives me a homey feeling, and creates a down to earth feeling from the characters.
I wish that the first three books of the Mckettricks was made into an audiobook.
"Series after the Drake Sisters"
The audiobook was all right, but I like the book better. The voice and images are better in my mind, than they are when I listen to the narrator.
Finding out what happens to Ilya's brother.
I like it when Rikki brings the water to her and puts out the fire.
When Lev is determine to protect Rikki from everyone, even though he has never done it before.
Very nice continuation of the Drake's sister series.
"When the Vampires come out"
Yes, the series is 100% better than the HBO series. The action is amazing and never ending. The characters are well developed and create a world you never want to see end and can't wait to see what happens.
The ending of the story makes more sense than the ending in True Blood. I like the character that helps Sookie at the end.
She is one of the best narrator I've heard. She is great with both the male and female voices. You can't tell the differences. Her ability to create Sookie's world is very realistic.
Vampires aren't all their crack up to be.
Sookie Stakehouse series is better on audiobook.
"Never give up hope"
Dark Prince is toward of the top of the audiobook I've heard.
The Darkest Night by Gena Showalter compares to the Dark Prince. Both introduce a human woman to the paranormal world and the woman end up being the backbone to all the characters in the series and gives the series a comforting feeling to them.
Raven was my favorite since she not only had to deal with a supernatural lifemate, but she also had to deal with fanatics.
A Hidden World
This series was the first that I liked enough to buy the books and then the audiobook.
