She's my roommate. I know how she takes her tea, how she organizes her closet. I know when she goes to bed each night, what she eats for breakfast, the passcode on her phone. I know she calls her mother on Mondays, takes barre on Thursdays, and meets her friends for drinks on Fridays. But more important than any of that...I know what she did.

I loved the memory watcher so obviously I was excited to listen to this selection. I have to say that it was indeed a different type of “bad friend” plot however I found it so predictable! Almost like a teen drama type novel.
If you are an avid thriller listener that craves a surprise ending, you will enjoy it however, do not expect a “oh-my” moment.

I would recommend this book to Audible listeners who love family secrets plots. The neighbor is deliciously twisted as well. I think the thing I liked most is how relatable most Women who have raised Daughters will find some of the emotional scenes. Really enjoyed!

Two very different women with this in common: Each harbors her own secret, her own reason why she can't just let this go. Neither can yield, not before they've dredged up all that's hidden, even if it has the power to shatter all they've built.

I liked this selection mainly because the plot was so different then most on the thriller credits. Well written although not a huge shock thriller, the story moves well and is enjoyable to listen to.

Laurie Moran's professional life is a success - her television show, Under Suspicion, is a hit in both the ratings and its record of solving cold cases. But her romantic break from former host Alex Buckley has left her with on-air talent she can't stand - Ryan Nichols - and a sense of loneliness, despite her loving family. Now Ryan has suggested a new case. Three years ago Virginia Wakeling was found in the snow after being thrown from the museum's roof on the night of its most celebrated fund-raiser, the Met Gala.

I have listened to the entire series and this one by far is the most mundane! Jan Maxwell at least could have made it a little better. However, this narrator needs to keep her Day Job, which is most likely at a daycare center being her voice sounds like she needs to read Children’s Books at best! Returning this one!.

When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

My only nuance is if I hear the word Diazepam once more after it's frequent use in this book, I may need one myself...that became A little tedious but still a great listen!

I was very excited being as most of us thriller seekers I read the words "Hitchcock like".
There was indeed one major build up rollercoaster drop the gave me a shock however, I did find the ending predicable. The pace seemed correct although, some may find it a bit slow. All in All good for a debut novel of this genre and I will listen to his second.
I also enjoyed the honestly in the Author interview, I liked that He spoke of personal experience without an ounce of reserve.
    Look forward to more.
