    • By Edgar Cayce
    • Narrated By Charles Thomas Cayce

According to Edgar Cayce and modern psychology, your subconscious mind is extraordinarily creative and will follow the directions you give it. With the A.R.E. Presleep Series, your conscious mind will work in harmony with your subconscious. Unlock your psychic awareness, develop your psychic sensitivity, contact the guide within, receive guidance through dreams and awaken your past-life impressions.

If you could sum up Realizing Your Psychic Potential in three words, what would they be?

    You are One

What was one of the most memorable moments of Realizing Your Psychic Potential?

The script continuously reinforces several positive ways to access your subconscious mind to help you to live a better life for yourself and to help others around you too.

What about Charles Thomas Cayce’s performance did you like?

As a hypnotherapist myself I admired the pace and positive yet peaceful delivery of the narrator Charles Cayce. A first class delivery!

What did you learn from Realizing Your Psychic Potential that you would use in your daily life?

I learned that what many people think of as psychic is also very normal to many of us who believe we are intuitive. I confirmed my belief that what are perceived as psychic abilities can be trained, we all have them and can hone them.

    Any additional comments?

This is not a story, it is a well written script by an early renowned master, to access the hypnotic state and achieve hypnosis during sleep. My tip is to make your own copy of it in your own voice and listen to it alternatively with Charles' rendition each night before you sleep. Hearing your own voice is very effective as hypnosis.

  • The Tao of Pooh

    • UNABRIDGED (2 hrs and 46 mins)
    • By Benjamin Hoff
    • Narrated By Simon Vance

Author Benjamin Hoff shows that the philosophy of Winnie-the-Pooh is amazingly consistent with the principles of Taoism and demonstrates how you can use these principles in your daily life. Is there such thing as a Western Taoist? Benjamin Hoff says there is, and this Taoist's favorite food is honey.

    Gavin says: "Simply Pooh"
"A great introduction to Taoism in a clever format!"
What did you love best about The Tao of Pooh?

I recommend this product to anyone who has already got a basic understanding of Taoism. It is a great summary of the major themes of Taoist philosophy but in a form that is rarely seen. Like other eastern literature just the hearing or reading this may reach part of the mind that is beyond a conscious level. The use of metaphor to elicit wisdom from Chinese traditional thinking is very clever. I think it goes a bit over the head of my two years old grandson but then so does the ohm meditation that I have him doing! However anyone over the age of ten regardless of their eastern philosophical knowledge can gain some pearls of wisdom to inform and guide their lives, definitely worth a listen!

What other book might you compare The Tao of Pooh to and why?

Which character – as performed by Simon Vance – was your favorite?

What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?

Philosophy can take many interesting forms.
