susinict, thoughtful, and comprehensive
Yes, all due respect to Prof. Dawkins, Lalla is one of the best voice performers I've heard since I started using audible.
The beginning (definition bit) is slow and requires your attention but the rest is great and makes every point clear and if not "easy" at least logical to understand.
Great performance and direction. Enjoyable story not as strong as the others in the line but worth the purchase price.
My first book in the disc world and I was very pleased. The recording itself has some odd glitches but it's doesn't ruin the experience.
If you liked the first you'll like this one too. Looks like he's setting up an interesting follow up as well.
Not really, the information is interesting but it has no narrative
good if you listen in 15 minute chunks
Top 10, great performance and great writing
Not sure they're all pretty great character's but not so much great 'people"
yes and he always kills it
Not really, there are a lot of really good Doctor Who titles unless you're running low or just really into the 9th this isn't a "must read"
Make it a bit longer and add some more depth to the characters and world (well moon)
He's got Eccleston nailed, and has good inflection
Yes and I have. It's a great book and perfectly performed. Reminds me of Douglas Adams, Doctor Who, or a Guy Richie flick. Quirky and hysterical
Death seems like a fun guy but wouldn't let him get drunk
I've read reviews of people who were not happy with this because it wasn't Hitchhiker enough but if you like Adam's style and Doctor Who characters I think you'll enjoy this book
