I liked it because it was a quick read. I prefer audio editions because I use them when I take a driving trip.
Nothing comes to mind
I have always like DAB's voice it is perfect for the Odd character, however this time I had a great deal of trouble hearing Anna Marie because he did the voice so softly.
The little girl. I think Dean Koontz nailed the 12 year old attitude to a "T"
The Kennedy assassination has always been a subject that has fascinated me. I enjoyed this book, but I felt that it really started to drag out and could have been much better if the author got to the point without so much repetition and picked up the action pace sooner in the book. Once I managed to get to it, I really liked the ending.
The ending, the never ending middle
Gravely, versatile, enjoyabe
I very much like Bill O'Reilly's style of narration. It is easy to "see" what he describes.
Killing Lincoln, of course, because of the similarity in the historical significance.
The description of the assassination in a minute-by-minute fashion. It was fascinating.
Not really, I enjoyed taking it in "bite-size" chunks which lenghtened my enjoyment.
Yes, probably because it was a quick story and did not lag so it would make a good "revisit".
The interesting characters at Roseland. They were a good illustration of how mucking about with science can get you into trouble.
I've always liked Mr. Baker's rendition of Odd, but Kenny was some good comedic relief in this story as well.
No, but none of the other Odd Thomas series has made me laugh or cry either. It was a good read, always interesting and had a very good pace.
I'm looking forward to the next Odd Thomas adventure. I think it is really interesting timing that Odd should run into Hitch at just the same time as two mvies about the "master" are hitting the screen. Bring out the next one soon!
It has everything that you would expect from a Tom Clancy novel.
For me it was when Jack, Jr tells Jack Sr that he is in the "spook" business.
Lou Diamond Phillips brings very good characterizations to all the different roles and makes it easy to keep track of each one.
Life father, like son - Jack's back.
