YES. I love this author, I love this time period and the sound of the readers voice was so beautiful!
The history of course. I am obsessed with british royal history and love learning more about this time period. I like how Gregory sticks to historical facts so closely. She waivers where she has to, but I like it. I like to think, with the way she tells the story that it is completely accurate.
Her voice is beautiful! I felt like that is they way a queen would speak and since it was told from a Queen's point of view, it was perfect
no, I had to break it up. Too long.
I love the British accents reading me this story. A fun read I couldn't put down! If you love Gone Girl, you'll love this.
The narrator or Catherine was especially good. Exactly what I pictured her to sound like. Love books from the Tudor era!
yes. I love this story. I loved the movie first, I loved the book even more.
It is incomparible to anything I've read, but if you like Civil War era or historical fiction, you'll love this story. If you love the movie, you'll LOVE this book.
The end, when she FINALLY realizes how much she loves Rhett
Haha, this movie is a film!
It was free was the first. I would have never picked it up other wise. I wished it was longer, but definitely made folding laundry, doing dishes and running errands more enjoyable!
Oh when they start to fall in love...that's expected though. Very predictable story but it made me smile and remember falling in love with my husband. It was a feel good story.
The 2 main characters Lainie and Scott. They were both adorable.
The mushy gushy stuff :)
cute, free, not too much to think about, and it makes you smile :) Worth the listen while doing chores for sure.
