I like that the main character pretty much stayed good. I like a character with principles and morals. The book was entertaining without with having to push limits.

I didn't like all of the discussions on Kaidan's sex life. This book is geared towards teens and although I know Kaidan is supposed to be the epitome of a bad boy, I thought there was too much of him being a seducer. There's no way I'd be attracted to a guy that I knew was out having sex with other girls everyday and who's main focus is to get a girl naked.

This is the first I've read or listened to.

Being from the south and having an actual southern accent, I found her accent to be over the top. I added this narrarator to my "do not listen" list. I got used to it and finished it and I'm even interested in the next book when it comes out, but I'll probably read it instead of listening.

This author doesn't hold back in the sex scenes. If you like a more clean read, I wouldn't listen to this one, the sex scenes are definitely explicit. Just a warning for those who prefer a more wholesome romance...

Yes! I really enjoyed it! It had a bit of everything - fantasy, action, romance. The story intrigued me, I coudn't leave it alone.

There were so many, I can't narrow it down. I always enjoyed it when Clare stood up to all of the big strong men.

I hate to really say since I don't want to spoil anything, but one of my favorite parts was after the wedding when they're getting to know each other and our hero is so sweet and considerate.

I highly recommend this whole series. I loved it so much I finished it and wasn't quite ready to let it go, so I listened again from the beginning. It has love, adventure, a little twist, and it kept my attention the whole time.

I just couldn't get into it. The story is between chimeras & seraphim and as much as I enjoy fantasy, I just couldn't relate to these characters. If you like scifi, this is probably more your scene.

I had to listen to this at 1.5 speed because the reader was SOOOO slow. I think this book might have been better if I'd read it instead of listening to this performance. I would forego this one...

Nothing shocking or amazing. It was satisfying enough, in fact, it's a part of a series but there was enough closure that I don't feel the need to read the next book.
