Joins us for a cup of tea, won't you? Katharine Hepburn beckons us into her Connecticut home for a cozy chat and an intimate look at the legend, and the woman behind the legend. Based on the critically acclaimed New York production, the independent, intelligent, feisty Hepburn comes alive once again when Kate Mulgrew, of Star Trek: Voyager fame, slips deftly into the voice and being of the famous actress.

I'm sorry I thought Kate Mulgrew was absolutely awful especialy as the young Hepburn - Hepburn did not have a Southern accent!!!!! I thought the play was pretty trite stuff too. If you really want to know Hepburn - get the Kate Remembered book by Scott Berg. Not only is the book enthralling, but the reader (a male) does a better Hepburn than Mulgrew.

When one of Bertie Wooster's American chums needs help in getting his hard-nosed uncle to approve of his intended, Jeeves demonstrates his colossal mind power with the equanimity of a true gentleman's gentleman.

B.J.Harrison is one of the best storytellers around and his reading of this Wodehouse story had me in stiches. From the scatterbrained Bertie to the deadpan Jeeves, he hits the nail right on the head. Worth hearing and saving!!!!!

For seven decades Katharine Hepburn played a leading role in the popular culture of the 20th century, reigning as an admired actress, a beloved movie star, and a treasured icon of the modern American woman. She also remained one of the most private of all the public figures of her time.

One of the best audio books I have ever heard - Scott Berg is brilliant in depcting his long and fascinating relationship with Hepburn and Tony Goldwyn is spot on as the voice of Hepburn!!!
