Get ready for a one-of-a-kind audio experience: discover Paris through intimate, guided audio walking tours of the city's most historic and enchanting quarters. There are four tours for you to listen to as you walk through the City of Light, plus essential French words and phrases that every traveler wants to know.

    Any additional comments?

The walking tours are very good and perhaps a bit more sophisticated than, say, Rick Steve's, but its annoying that the unwanted French lessons are bundled with the tours.

Whether you're a seasoned walking enthusiast looking for an edge or taking your first steps toward a healthier tomorrow, with Walking, anyone can put their best foot forward to make the most of this enjoyable and life-changing exercise.

Book and Movie Lover says: "Walking is better than running!"
    "Lacking"
    Overall

The book is fine but the audio presentation has a major flaw.

The first half gives you a get-started pep talk, the second half provides workout details -- but as an audiobook, it needs several more chapters so you can break in at the beginning of the workout or other key points. As it is, you have to hold down the forward or backward button for over a minute to get the correct spots for the walking tempos.
