    It was all I could do to force myself to listen to this never ending book. To be fair, parts of it were interesting and captured my attention, but for the most part, I kept fast forwarding hoping to find a piece of those sections...way too much focus spent on medical procedures and jargon. Some of the characters developed well (after many rewinds to remind myself who was who), but overall, it was a long book without much emotional depth. I believe it'd turned out better had they cut out (play on words) much of the droning surgical details and focused more on character development...of all the people, but just one of the twins.
