Special Forces officer Mike Turcotte has paid his dues in battle and in blood. Now assigned to Area 51, he fights the toughest enemy of his career: the alien race who arrived on Earth millennia ago and have returned to claim the planet. Mike has dodged bullets and faced weapons of mass destruction to give humanity another day of reprieve. But when his lover, scientist Lisa Duncan, falls into evil hands, Mike must decide which prize means the most to him - the woman he loves or the legendary Grail.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Grail to be better than the print version?

No, I enjoyed this story, but are they for real with this narrator? I have heard elementary school kids read better than this.

    Any additional comments?

I have really enjoyed the series and cannot wait for the next one to be released, but it was torturous getting through this one. Not because of the story which was great but because of the performance, I drive all over the country for a living so I don’t have time to sit down and read, so I had to get through it in order to complete the series. Perhaps they will record it again with Eric G. Dove as the Narrator.

What if the Shadow that destroyed Atlantis 10,000 years ago, comes back to threaten our present world? A war beyond time. An enemy beyond space. A thriller beyond your wildest dreams. Three areas on the Earth's surface defy explanation: the Bermuda Triangle, the Devil's Sea of Japan, and a small region of Cambodia. Inside these realms, planes have disappeared, ships have vanished, and, in Cambodia, an entire civilization has been lost leaving behind Angkor Wat....

Would you try another book from Bob Mayer and Robert Doherty and/or Martin Gollery?

I have enjoyed the series but Matin Gollery is the worst narrator I have listened to from any book on Audible.com

If you’ve listened to books by Bob Mayer and Robert Doherty before, how does this one compare?

    Yes

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Martin Gollery?

    J. C. Hayes

Do you think Atlantis: Devil's Sea needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Yes read it again with a different narrator

Once presided over by a flamboyant Hollywood mogul during the Roaring ’20s, the magnificent West Coast property known as Roseland is now home to a reclusive billionaire financier and his faithful servants. And, for the moment, it’s also a port in the storm for Odd Thomas and his traveling companion, the inscrutably charming Annamaria. In the wake of Odd’s most recent clash with lethal adversaries, the opulent manor’s comforts should be welcome. But there’s far more to Roseland than meets even the extraordinary eye of Odd, who soon suspects it may be more hell than haven.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The last scene because I know there will be another.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No, but I eally enjoyed the book as I have all of the Odd books, I cant wait for the next one, please hurry Dean.

    Any additional comments?

Excelent book the Odd Thomas book are my favorite Koontz books and I am propetualy waiting for the next Odd adventures. I found myself disapointed at the end not because of the story but because it was over, and I so wanted to continue on with Odd's story.

I know the author shouold always leave us wanting more but I would have no problem listening to 30 or even 40hrs of an Odd story.

What did you love best about The Cloud Roads?

I really enjoyed this book; it is a truly innovative fantasy fiction. The author quickly gets you invested in the characters. I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next.

What other book might you compare The Cloud Roads to and why?
