What made the experience of listening to Where We Belong the most enjoyable?

Very enjoyable book touching on many emotional topics that managed to put a lump in my throat more than once. It was a feel good story and although I found parts predictable, it was still just the kind of story I was in the mood for hearing. I loved the narrator's voice and she did a tremendous job with the various roles.

Marion and Shiva Stone are twin brothers born of a secret union between a beautiful Indian nun and a brash British surgeon at a mission hospital in Addis Ababa. Orphaned by their mother's death in childbirth and their father's disappearance, bound together by a preternatural connection and a shared fascination with medicine, the twins come of age as Ethiopia hovers on the brink of revolution. Yet it will be love, not politics - their passion for the same woman - that will tear them apart.

Would you listen to Cutting for Stone again? Why?

I can't say enough good things about this book. Both the story of the twins born conjoined at the head in Ethiopia combined with the narrator's ability to read the story with such ease and a very beautiful voice. I will look for other books narrated by Sunil Malhotra. This book is a must listen to for that reason. I had the actual book, but couldn't get into it, when I actually purchased (full price I might add) the audible version I was hooked. I look for every excuse to plug in my ear phones to listen to what happens next.

The year is 1771. Claire Randall is still an outlander, out of place and out of time. But now she is linked by love to her only anchor: Jamie Fraser. They have crossed oceans and centuries to build a life together in North Carolina. But tensions, both ancient and recent, threaten members of their clan. Knowing that his wife has the gift of prophecy, James must believe Claire, though he would prefer not to. Claire has shared a dreadful truth: there will, without a doubt, be a war.

If you could sum up The Fiery Cross in three words, what would they be?

A gripping tale. No different than any other Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. I have read the whole series and have been enjoying the audible version and love the way Davina Porter does the narration. I heard that someone else does the narration on a couple of the books and am reluctant to listen to them!

In a time long forgotten, a preternatural event threw the seasons off balance. In a land where summers can last decades and winters a lifetime, trouble is brewing. As the cold returns, sinister forces are massing beyond the protective wall of the kingdom of Winterfell. To the south, the king's powers are failing, with his most trusted advisor mysteriously dead and enemies emerging from the throne's shadow.

Would you consider the audio edition of A Game of Thrones to be better than the print version?

I love George Martin's Game of Thrones, and as much as I loved the story line in this audible I found the narrator to mumble a bit more than I am able to listen to. There were times when I had to have the volume up quite high in order to hear what he was saying.

The Denver Post hails Craig Johnson's Walt Longmire mystery series as a must-read. Joining the four previous novels - all of which have been Book Sense picks - The Dark Horse puts a unique Wyoming twist on the classic British village mystery. When Longmire meets a woman jailed for her husband's death, he travels outside his usual haunts to discover the truth behind this unusual murder case.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Dark Horse to be better than the print version?

Having never read the book, only listened to the audio, I can't comment on the book, but will say the audio was fantastic and the narrator did an outstanding job on the characters. My only thought was when he was narrating someone that was supposed to be young, they sounded much older.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

I couldn't stop listening to this book and often would just sit in my car to not want to stop.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The dry humor in throughout the book was the best.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I don't think there is any audiobook I would want to listen to all in one sitting!
