The last thing Sid remembered was being enlisted to protect a vulnerable young woman in the coastal town of Sea Haven. Then, as if in some nightmare, he was lost in the swirling currents of the ocean, and sucked deeper into a freezing black eddy. Just as quickly, he was saved - pulled ashore by a beautiful stranger. Her name is Rikki, a sea-urchin diver in Sea Haven. Soon they will be bound by tantalizing secrets, which will engulf them both in a whirlpool of passion and danger.

The characters grabbed a hold of my heart and didn't let go. I already owned the paperback so I knew I loved this book. There are some stories worth re-reading and this is one of them. True love concurring what would seem to be insurmountable obstacles and making the two individuals whole in a natural progession of events and feelings. Since I work on a computer all day, my eyes get blurry long before I want to put some books down. With Audible, I can "read" as long as I want!

When Denver-based Were blogger and founder of Honoring Our Werewolf Legacy (HOWL) Kate Stillman agrees to take on political "bad boy" Duncan MacDowell in a public debate about werewolf segregation, she's confident she'll sail through the challenge without letting down her guard. And what can go wrong while hanging out with the sexy Scottish founder of Werewolves Optimizing Our Future (WOOF) long enough to convince him his views on interspecies mating are mistaken?

I liked the narration and it was a light, easy listen. It didn't grab me as much as the first two books in the series, but it was worth the credit and I'm sure I'll listen to it again. I think I might have gotten into it more if I were into Twitter, but occasional Facebook visits are as far as I go.

Lead guitarist Brian Sinclair may have finally won Professor Myrna Evans heart and her consent to wed, but being part of a high-maintenance band might just ruin his long-anticipated wedding day and steamy wedding night. Will the couple ever find a moment's peace or are some things more important than a night of uninhibited love-making?

I read other reviews that thought this book was a little disappointing, but I'm glad I bought it. I agree that a couple of the epilogues seemed a little drawn out, but still, nice to get POVs that we didn't get with the original books. Also, Jace and Aggie's epilogue kept me on the edge of my seat. Loved the paranormal twist. Can't wait to get the finishing touches to Trey's story!

I'm glad I did. I read the books of the Inside Out series first, but didn't think I'd get into the journal entries. I'm not a fan of BDSM normally, but it's okay to read on occasion. The journal entries have enough sex to be hot, but are really more of what a private journal usually is -- insight into the writer's innermost thoughts and feelings.

As for the last part that is the master's story, I really feel it humanizes Mark in a way the full-size books in this series haven't (maybe couldn't). I'm so glad it was included and I loved the narrator's voice.

In my opinion, this collection is not stand-alone. You really need the context of the whole series for all of this to make sense. Since I'd recommend the whole series, that's not a drawback for me. This series was my first experience with this author and I find that her books are the kind you want to finish in one sitting.

But he'll have to woo her at high speed: All hell is breaking loose, and Livy is leading the charge…

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would have had more romance/interaction between Livy and Vic, and less violence. It's a good-sized book so I sometimes lost the thread of the romance amongst the rest of the story. (Since I do most of my listening at work, part of that lost thread could be my distraction and no fault of SL.)

    Any additional comments?

I'll definitely listen to this again as I have almost all of the other books in this series. I love listening to my favorite series over and over again. If I do miss something one time, I'm sure to catch it the next.

Generations of werewolves have been secretly residing in a secluded valley a stones throw from Grundy, Alaska. So when a snooping Outsider comes to Grundy to investigate rumors of lycanthropic shenanigans in the area, the valleys pack alpha, Maggie Graham, resolves to chase him away, even if doing so takes a quick bite on the butt. What a pity that researcher Nick Thatcher turns out to be so drool-worthy, and that his kisses make Maggie want to sit up and beg.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I'd recommend this audiobook if you like Molly Harper books in general and Amanda Ronconi's performances in particular.

What did you like best about this story?

Light-hearted tone even though there was a serious struggle going on.

What about Amanda Ronconi’s performance did you like?

She has a pleasant voice and I like how she changes voices for characters. Also, she seems to remember how she made someone sound in the previous book so there's continuity.

    Any additional comments?

I have the Kindle version, too, so I hesitated to get the audiobook. Wasn't sure if I wanted to go to the added expense as I liked the first book in the series better. I'm so glad I bought it! Amanda's narration made all the difference. Still liked the first one better, but I'm sure to listen to this book over and over again.

Adam, Ethan, and Ryan aren't looking for women. They're looking for a woman. One woman they know will share their lives and their beds. They're losing hope they'll find her, that is until Adam discovers Holly lying in the snow just yards from their cabin. Adam knows she's the one the minute he holds her in his arms, and as soon as his brothers see her, they know it too. The only problem is convincing Holly of that fact - and protecting her from the danger of her past.

Would you listen to Colters' Woman again? Why?

Yes. It's a great fantasy. One woman with three men who dote on her, protect her and rock her world. I read another review that scoffed at how quickly the relationship fell into place, but I look at it as a modern fairytale. Sometimes a person just needs an escape and this book provides it. I gave it four stars because I would have liked more background on the men's family dynamics through the generations. Hoping that's coming in subsequent books. Or maybe that would have detracted from the fantasy. Bottom line is I'd definitely recommend this one as a good escape from reality . . . and the hot sex sure doesn't hurt!

What made the experience of listening to Delicious the most enjoyable?

Hot sex and a good mystery. There was plenty of action to advance the plot.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Alyssa's character was very appealing in her determination to succeed despite all the hardship in her life. She busted stereotypes and was someone I could feel empathy for. That she could feel love for a strong man after what had been done to her speaks volumes for her resilience.I was extremely irritated with Luc. His stubborn refusal to believe in Alyssa's fidelity and to believe the baby was his, over and over again, made me grit my teeth at times. I suppose he had too much going on to get re-tested sooner or it might have been difficult to keep the plot going without his attitude issues, but about the only downside to the book from my perspective.

    Any additional comments?

I found it very interesting that a man had the urge to be a father like some women have the urge to be a mother. I felt it from a young age and tried to explain it to a friend who'd never felt it. (Not an easy task.) I've never known a man to have felt that same (or similar) urge.

Would you consider the audio edition of Agnes and the Hitman to be better than the print version?

I like the audio edition better because I can listen to the book over and over while I'm working, doing dishes, holding the cat, you name it!

What about Sandra Burr’s performance did you like?

Sandra Burr's performance was great. She changed her voice for the different characters, speaking clearly and enunciating. She really got into the characters, making for exciting listening.

    Any additional comments?

I have many songs loaded on my iPod, but most of the time I listen to this book. I alternate between this one and "Faking It," also by Jennifer Crusie. I've listened to them so many times I've lost count and they're never boring!

I was looking forward to this story for a long time and it was wonderful! I love all the books of the Black Dagger Brotherhood, but this one was special. I was interested to see how the author would handle an exclusively gay story. At its heart, it's a love story, pure and simple, but with an erotic kick (like the other BDB books). If you're a first-time reader of this series, you might want to take them in order as I believe it makes them easier to follow. (Other story lines are woven into each book.) This is definitely a MUST HAVE!
