Enter the privileged world of English aristocrats and experience the passion, intrigue, and romantic pleasures of the incomparable Malorys - a family of dashing rogues, rakehell adventurers, and spirited ladies. Now Jeremy, the son of gentleman pirate James Malory, falls in love with Danny, a young woman who grew up on the streets of London.

Jeremy is my favorite of the Malory men, although very closely followed by James and Derek. This was an excellent book and I didn't want to stop listening. The only thing that bothered me was the way the narrator pronounced Regina's name. Just a small thing though and she did an excellent job with all the different voices.

Johanna Lindsey brings back her popular Malory family in this special holiday story, bringing her scandalous Malorys face-to-face with their distant gypsy kin. Fans will get a chance to see how it all started as their mysterious grandmother's gypsy kin comes to them for help, and another Malory falls head-over-heels for a member of the tribe.

Tara says: "Loved the reading with the accents and all!!"
    "A lovely present"

I wish it had been longer, but it's always hard to get enough of this families stories.

As wild and reckless as the most incorrigible of her male cousins, young Amy Malory has reached marriageable age, and she has set her amorous sights on a most unsuitable mate: the handsome, straightlaced ship's captain who once nearly had her uncle James hung for piracy. An overpowering yearning for the young woman threatens to defeat the captain's defiant heart and stoke the fires of a perilous family feud.

    Marian says: "Those wonderful Mallorys"
    "Another wonderful Malory novel"
    Overall

I love this whole series of books. I've enjoyed each character she's brought to life. I adored Amy's character in this book, she's so determined and irrepressible, and just impossible not to like. I also love the way that the whole family is present in all of her books. It's like you're able to check back in on people you've grown attached to and see that they're still enjoying their happily ever after!

Her parents' death has left Kelsey Langton penniless - and responsible for the well-being of her younger sister, Jean. Kelsey knows that the only way to avert their doom is to allow herself to be sold at auction. Resigned to becoming the plaything of a well-heeled gentleman, she gets more than she bargained for.

    "Excellent book"
    Overall

I read the Malory novels out of order so I read this book last. I love the series and this one was definitely not a disappointment! Derek is as loveable as all of her other male characters. I loved listening to the way he obviously adored Kelsey. The narrator really bothered me though. He made all the men sound ridiculous, especially Anthony and James, and he made Rosilyn sound like Mother Goose. Still loved the book though.

Heartsick and desperate to leave her sorrows on England's shores, innocent Georgina Anderson seeks passage on the "gentleman's ship", Maiden Anne, disguised as a cabin boy. The captain, however, is no gentleman; he's the ex-pirate and irrepressible rake, James Malory.

    Maureen says: "Great love story."
    "It's a good one"
    Overall

I really enjoyed this book. I love the Malory brothers and plan to read all of the other books in this series. The only other one I've read so far is A Tender Rebel, which I also liked very much, but this was my favorite out of the two.

When Ryder Sherbrooke finds a child nearly beaten to death in an alley in Eastbourne, he takes her home to Brandon House. She doesn't speak for six months. Her first words, oddly enough, are a haunting song.

    "Horrible"
    Overall

This is the worst book I have ever forced myself to endure. I think some of my brain cells committed suicide from the effort. It was boring and extremely idiotic. I'm sorry that I wasted the money and the hours.
