At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. Habits aren’t destiny. As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.

The Thorn Birds is a robust, romantic saga of a singular family, the Clearys. It begins in the early part of the 20th century, when Paddy Cleary moves his wife, Fiona, and their 7 children to Drogheda, the vast Australian sheep station owned by his autocratic and childless older sister. It ends more than half a century later, when the only survivor of the third generation, the brilliant actress Justine O'Neill, embarks on a course of life and love halfway around the world from her roots.

What made the experience of listening to The Thorn Birds the most enjoyable?

This story took me to a place I have never been - physically, mentally, and emotionally. The story unfolds as the young girl becomes a woman. The forbidden love of the two characters for me is so relatable. I first read this book 20 years ago and thought WOW. I just listened to it again and WOW. Why. My passion for the lost love and always reaching for the true love and knowing it is there and the hands are reaching and almost there just inches away from the tips of my nails. Never touching because it is forbidden. I can feel heat and passion we both feel but knowing it can never happen. The characters to break down and the passion is released. Just for moment, true love happens. Reality sets in and both must go their separate ways. Years go by, and yet their love grows stronger. This story is a saga, so bittersweet. This book is an international bestseller because we all can all understand what it is like to have our true be gone.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Thorn Birds?

    The beach scene

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Very extreme reaction. It changed my life. I am gay man and I know what it is like to have another man to love me and him but yet we both can not have each other.

About three things I was certain. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him, and I didn't know how dominant that part might be, that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

What did you love best about Twilight?

This is my first young adult novel. To enjoy this book you must first believe in the story and in vampires and know what is going to unfold. I love the fact the story was very high school. There is such a vulnerability to coming of age. The characters were well define.Best part no curse words or sex just pure love!!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Edward. He had to fight his violent urges to save the one he truly loves.

Have you listened to any of Ilyana Kadushin’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She was the perfect Bella. Her pitch and emotion was right on>

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

What moved me the most was when they were in the biology classroom
