No one else could have narrated this book. Perfect. I did give it a 3 star review though. Only because it felt like I was getting a repeat performance. I had already read the same stuff in her previous books. That was a bit disappointing.
It was a nice little story(?) I guess this was a little teaser for the movie? I appreciate the free audible.
Uhh, sure. It really wasnt long enough one way or the other.
No, i havent but he did a nice job
No, again, thank you for the free audible.
I didnt read the print version.
I guess that would be Ridley. She is the only one who seems to be aware of who she is.
I love Kevin T. Collins. I have listened to several books where he is the narrator.
Yes, and I did.
I loved this novelette. I can not wait until the next book !! Very excited for it.
I dont really care for this narrators male voices. #1, they all sound the same, #2. They just arent that good.
I am listening to all of these books because, to be honest, i bought every one of them before I even listened to the first one, mainly because they were highly recommended by friends. Now, I am sick of hearing the word "orgasm".
These books are beginning to be very drawn out. It's almost like the author is trying to see how many books can be written from this one story. Nothing really happens. I will be listening to them all but really not enjoying them.
Yes, and I have, to everyone !!
OMG!!! What a book. I laughed, cried, gasped, cursed. It was an exciting ride. Probably the best mystery/thriller I have EVER read!! And I have read a lot. Just when you think it's all figured out, now let's wrap it up, something else happens. HIGHLY recommended. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give it.
He is just a fabulous narrator. He shows such emotion. He is an actor and not just a reader.
I NEVER want to lose sleep over a book, no matter how good it is. But i found myself going to bed much later just so I could see how this book ended. It was THAT GOOD !!
HIGHLY recommended, Get this book !! Very much worth the credit.
I did not read the print version.
At first, i thought this was going to be similar to Tell No One, also by Harlan Coben. I will admit, I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I was wrong.
I had only listened to one other book narrated by Scott Brick and the story was so awful, it completely took away from the talents of Mr. Brick. I very much enjoyed this narration. He is excellent when it comes to multiple voices.
Yes, I pretty much did. If sleep wasnt so necessary, I probably would have.
This was an excellent book. I had heard and read so many positive reviews of this book so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did. I enjoyed it tremendously.
A very entertaining story.
I have had this since December. It was a free gift from Audible for Christmas. I was looking for something short to listen to and found it in my library.
Very refreshing. No cursing, no violence.
I will be looking for more of these little short stories.
Not only was this a very touching story, it was an excellent mystery. This was a first for me from this author. I had heard so much about this so I thought I would give it a try. I was very impressed.
Maggie is a marine dog that lost her partner and friend Pete. She and police officer Scott James are put together. Scott also lost his partner in the line of duty. A beautiful friendship develops. Scott and Maggie set out to find the killers of his partner.
I am hoping this turns into a series. I would love to read more about Maggie and Scott.
Definitely a 5 star book for me.
I LOVED this !!!
Maybe the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio? I can't explain why. It just reminded me a lot of it.
Oh I did a lot of both !! I cried so much, my eyes were sore by the end of the book.
I absolutely LOVED this book !! I listened to it in one day. Only stopping to eat and go to the bathroom. I will probably listen to it again one day. And I am NOT a rereader/relistener.
I wouldn't know. I haven't read the print version.
Probably the battle scenes. The way Harry always seemed to have control of the situation.
He brought the character to life. He wasn't just "reading" the book. He was "acting" the book out.
The end. When he thought he was going to die.
This was my first Harry Dresden book. I enjoyed the tv series so I thought I would try the books. Not like the tv show I must say. I remember a few details from the show. Bob for instance is a person who is in the skull. It seems Harry never actually sees Bob in the book. The TV Harry doesn't seem so be quite so "renegade-ish"
I will probably "listen" to all of these books over reading them.
