This is a somewhat interesting, but quite predictable story. I learned a bit about Egyptian antiquities and culture in this book.

Christopher Moore writes very funny characters, and very funny dialogue. However, his stories sometimes venture too far into the supernatural.

This is a good follow-up to Divergent. This series is almost as good as The Hunger Games, and better than The Maze Runner.

I liked the parallels between Early's made up story and real life. I always like stories about kids in boarding school.

I couldn't get enough of this book! I added it to my Kindle so that I could read it and listen to it. What an interesting concept.

After reading Daughter of Smoke and Bone, I couldn't wait to read Days of Blood and Starlight. Now, I want to go find Laini Taylor and tell her not to do anything else until she finishes the next book! The reader does a great job with the accents.

I liked the premise and the voice. It was an interesting story with a creative setting.

I love books written from this era in England, and this was a good one. I found his other book, The Woman in White, even better.

I couldn't stop listening to this story! It is a true suspense, with many twists. Even when it ended, I thought that there was going to be more. I was a bit disappointed at the ending.

Jennifer Weiner, as always, has written an interesting book. My only complaint is that The Next Best Thing has elements too similar to some of her other writing, which left me thinking, "Hey, have I already read/listened to this book?"
