If you are reading this most likely you are somewhat educated in nutrition and exercising. Its a good book to keep around for motivation. Its also good because unlike some books it doesn't promise crazy results by some fad diet. I think people need to hear the truth from a professional trainer, and he does it very well!
Its hard to adjust. When you listen to the preview you hear Tom's voice and you are like OK. This guy sounds very passionate about the book. Then after you buy the book and listen to the intro you get the narrator, and he is awful.
A must read. If you liked the others you will love this!
