    Story

I had stopped listening to Star Wars books a while back because the writing seemed to be suffering. The Thrawn Trilogy was good, not great, but good and I had listened to many others after that were just OK at best so i had lost interest. I picked this one up because I needed to use a credit before the end of the month and wanted to see how well it tied into the Star Wars Movies. I was very pleasantly surprised. The book seems more written for adults rather than teens and is very well written as well. The story had me interested from the beginning to the end and tied into the movies very well but can definitely stand on its own if you have never seen the movies.

The narrator Daniel Davis took a little getting used to. At the beginning the voice seemed kind of "flat" for a lack of a better word. However, once used to it I was completely engrossed in the story.
