Yeah it was a fun read. It was not as good as some but the ending was great.
The scene in the resort with the Russians when LP jumped from the balcony.
Probobaly not. There are better suspense/espionage novels out there.
I haven't but its the character and his corny jokes I cant imagine some of the conversations that they have. Also I get that he is the best at his job but in this book its more overt in how he expresses his superiority rather than covert actions.
All were performed pretty well.
Yes ... write this review. Having listened to many other espionage novels, something is missing. Something about the main character that rubs me the wrong way. Plus the story doesnt evolve like so many others that I have listened to.
Action packed mystery
Yes...it was constant action and mystery up to the twist at the end.
I like both performances, they have a diverse array of voices that aides the listener in picturing the story.
No not really.
It gave you a better picture of how things transpired between Bowers and his nemesis.
Just the overview of the story.
Nothing bad to say, another excellent performance.
Could have been shorter. Some of the details are excellent but then sometimes it is just way to many details. Mr. Demille needs to leave more to the readers imagination.
Yeah if you enjoy this series than of course, for those who don't have the time spare it and go with a Vince Flynn novel.
When they were tracking the panther in the Al Quada village.
No to many details.
This was a very pleasant surprise as I had never heard of this series. But it has all of the qualities that I enjoy in a detective/suspense/mystery. If you are one who enjoys the Harry Bosch or Alex Cross series...you will enjoy these.
When they finally revealed the killer. Main characters role is not overboard in his thought process.
Ferrone is one of the best and does all roles justice.
I laughed... the main character and his daughter have a dry sarcastic whit.
Yes if you like suspense and police procedurals that offer a twist than this is a great choice.
The twist at the end.
Scott Brick is one of the best out there and I would highly recommend any book that he reads.
Its #1 but in a different category. I dont really listen to these books, but I will after listening to this one.
Tony makes it real because he is speaking about his personal experiences.
This book was awesome from start to finish. It was fast paced and had a great plot with strong underlying stories. I hope Coes writes a sequal.
I had never read a Tom Clancy novel and for such a long book and with it taking place many years ago, I loved it. Typically I am not a fan of older novels that arent remotely relative to me but this was great. I loved the military aspect and the vindication in the story.
