"LOVE IT!"
This was a great book. I don't tend to see these kinds of moral dilemas in books that you really seem to root for the 'bad guy'. But this is the exception. I really liked this bok and found it not too far off from the movie. It is an easy read that leaves you feeling pretty good.
"Feelin Lucky?"
I don't love Teddy. I could live without the drag queen boyfriend. Lucky is a loveable kind sweet person. I love her moxy!
No, this isn't a mystery novel per say. It is fun, sexy and cheeky. I loved the "who done it" aspects, but I am crazy about Lucky.
She was a decent narrator, but not how I think Lucky sounds. She is a little lacking, but not enough to spoil the book.
Yea,I got book 2 the next day.
Good read. Worth the time and an all around fun time. Great Saturday afternoon fun!
"BACON!!!!"
The conversations between the dog and Adacus was the most enjoyable. I love the fact that they can communicate telepathically. It's hillarious!
I like the concept of Druids living for millions of years. I like the God's and the different planes of reality. Very interesting and fun!
He has done all these books and I really like his performances. He does great voices for the characters.
Yes it was. I listened to it all in 2 days. Very fun books.
These are good reads. I recommend them.
"Unique read"
I really enjoyed the narration for this book. I really like Bahni Turpin. She has good voices for each characters.
I haven't listened to any other books by Ms. Kane.
The scene with Terrible when they are kissing and almost leave the bar together. Then she blows it by acting like a jerk. That was my favorite scene.
This book didn't hold any hope for me. The book itself was a decent story and a unique concept, but in this new world, there is no hope. No chance of a future or love. I felt that the characters were all very beaten down and lonely. It's a sad world filled with man's addictive personality and anger.
I will not be reading any other books in this series. Again, the story was good too dark for me to have the desire to continue.
"Good ending to a good series!"
Yes, I prefer audible versions to the print versions 98% of the time. I enjoyed the narrator in all of the books.
The confrontation was the most memorable moment. It was both climatic and fulfilling to the reader.
I have listened to all of this series books with Ms. Plummer's narration. She has mastered the voices in this series very well.
GOOD VS EVIL; AN EPIC BATTLE.
This was a great ending to the series. I read through all of the books within two weeks and am satisfied with the outcome. Good read.
"Best book of 2012!"
The story! I found this book to be extremely unique and in a class by itself. I couldn't stop listening once I started. This story has many twists and turns. Just when I thought I had figured it out and said...OK THIS IS IT....BOOM something else happened and took it in a different direction.
Four is my favorite because he is the true definition of what brave should be. He faces his fears while being a true leader.
Ms. Galvin is a new narrator for me, but I did enjoy her voice. She does a very good job with her narration.
The ending to this book took me by complete surprise and had me literally screaming....WHEN IS BOOK 3 COMING OUT????
I highly recommend these books! They are unique and ones you don't want to miss out on! I await book 3 on pins and needles! Unexpectedly great!
"Anxious!"
Couldn't put down!
I read a lot of syfy; when I read the last book, Van Allen Legacy, I was extremely disappointed. This book completely made up for the last one! I was riveted from minute one!
Ms. Moore is a good narrator. I find her voices a little lacking, but all in all she adds to the audiobook.
YES! I listed to this book in a day. I was extremely pleased and look forward to the final installment and the wrap up of these characters I've been listening to for years.
Definitely worth the read!
"Vlad...book 1"
YES. I love Tavia Gilbert! She is one of my favorite narrators and I LOVE Vlad's accent during her performances.
I am a HUGE Cat & Bones fan! I will say this book wasn't AS great as I thought it would be, but I have extremely high hopes for the Vlad series. Vlad is one of my favorite characters and I can't wait to see what is in store for him next!
Her accents are my favorite part of her performances! Bone/Spade and Vlad have unique accents that sets Ms. Gilbert apart from other 'ordinary' narrators.
This book was both funny and touching in certain parts.
A great read without a true final ending, but good none the less!
"Good for a quick laugh"
It's mid level. I've read better but I've read worse...
Yes. This book was good for a few great laughs. I like Ellen in general and enjoy her comedy.
Her sarcasm about real life simple acts really entertains.
I loved her describing her cover girl experience.
"MORE MORE MORE!!!!"
I am a HUGE Dresden fan and anxiously await any stories I can get! All of these books are highly entertaining and seem to grab me with the first words!
I like the stories in between the stories! My favorite is the Michael story line, but Harry vs his brother was greatness!
(SPOILER) When Michael gets his daughter back from the nuts priest and he is standing over him after beating him senseless.....PERFECT!
The Untold Files
I recommend ALL of these books are GREAT reads! They are action packed but enough time to grab your breath in between the action. Who doesn't love Wizards???
"What an ending!!!!!"
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Christian Grey....This trilogy stays with you long after the book ended! The characters have grown so much since the first pages of 50 Shades of Grey. These books were fun reads and are unique in their topics and fiery in all the right places. Worth the read!
