Packed with examples of people who pursued their goals relentlessly, the book profiles nearly 50 individuals who prevailed against all odds. From the builder of the Brooklyn Bridge to the chemists who invented Post-It notes we meet people like Bessie Coleman, an African-American who had to go to flight school in Paris in order to learn how to fly. This audio book inspires me to never give up! I am listening to it again for the second time and I'm sure I will do so more in the future. Joyce gives so many inspiring stories about the lives of people who went through much difficulties but they never gave up. I would recommend this book to anyone who has thoughts of giving up on anything. I use it as I walk on my treadmill and I get so involved that I walk longer than I originally intended. That's a good thing!

There's an old saying: if you eat a live frog first thing each morning, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that it's probably the worst thing you'll do all day. Using "eat that frog" as a metaphor for tackling the most challenging task of your day, the one you are most likely to procrastinate on, but also the one that might have the greatest positive impact on your life, Eat That Frog! shows you how to zero in on these critical tasks and organize your day.

What do an ex-con, a former drug addict, a real estate broker, a college student, and a married mother of two have in common?Nothing, or so I thought. Who would have imagined that God would make a group as mismatched as ours the closest of friends? I almost didn't even go to the Chicago Women's Conference - after all, being thrown together with five hundred strangers wasn't exactly my "comfort zone."

What made the experience of listening to The Yada Yada Prayer Group the most enjoyable?

I am in a prayer group and I can identify with this group of ladies

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Yada Yada Prayer Group?

Throughout the book, Jodi really didn't have much to pray about but a the end, she needed her friend more than ever.

Have you listened to any of Barbara Rosenblat’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She has a wonderful voice that draws you into the story,

If you could rename The Yada Yada Prayer Group, what would you call it?

    I like the name.

    Any additional comments?

I've heard many good stories about these books and the first lived up to the hype. I have already purchased book 2.
