This book is great for anybody who likes reading about sailing ships in the 1800s. The book is full of action as the main character Jacky Fabre tells her story of the time spent on the HMS Dolphin as a ships boy. As with any great nauticle tale this story involves piracy and great batles on the high sea. This is a book that you won't want to put down becuase the plot keeps moving and you will always want to know what happens next.

This is an excellent conclusion to the Old Kingdom series as well as a perfect conclusion to the story begun in Lirael. I would suggest reading the two previous books in the series first because this book picks up right where the last one left off. This means that the action begins in the first chapter, keeping your interest until the end. The main characters continue their journey to stop an ancient being from destroying the world. This book is filled with magical fights that would rival those in Harry Potter. You will NOT want to stop listening.

In a world where Earth has banded together to fight the alien "Buggers". The future of the human race has only one hope, a boy, named Ender Wiggin. This book is a great read, it has a few exciting parts however it mainly explains the trials of the main character Ender Wiggin. This is a book for those who want to add some adventure to the fields of politics and who want an interesting view on war. Since that is what this book is about; taking over the world and defeating a technologically superior enemy.

This is a wonderful addition to the story of Artemis Fowl and his adventures with the fairy people. All of our favorite fairies and humans return to make this a perfect addition to the series. This book should be read after the previous books as it builds off of them. I extremely enjoyed this book for its wonderful story line and the plot just keeps on moving.
